Our commitment to using state-of-the-art technology is unwavering. We utilize the GC Braces System, Invisalign®, 3D Scanning, and 3D X-rays for precision and detailed diagnosis. Dr. Lance Pittman meticulously analyzes every aspect of the mouth and face, employing critical processes and readjusting treatment plans at least twice during the course of treatment to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Giving back to our community is a core value at Pittman Orthodontics. We actively partner with schools, organizations, booster groups, and club fundraisers, donating orthodontic treatments to support their goals. Originally from Ona, West Virginia, Dr. Pittman and his wife Alyssa made Martinsburg their home in 2014. They cherish the community and enjoy being part of the area's vibrant life. While Dr. Pittman had to give up his motorcycle, he has developed a passion for cars of all sizes, a hobby he shares with his son. Family time is a priority for Dr. Pittman, and he loves spending quality moments with Alyssa, their children, and other family members and friends.
