Covid-19 Procedures
We want to update you with a few procedural changes for your appointment.
Please call our office when you arrive at the office prior to entering our office.
Our waiting room space is limited so we ask that family members please wait outside during appointments.
We currently do not allow people back into the treatment area to ensure everyone’s safety.
Prior to each appointment, we will be asking the following questions to reduce the chance of transmission of COVID-19.
- Have you, your child, or others accompanying you to today’s appointment or other recent acquaintances tested positive for or been diagnosed as having COVID-19 or is awaiting results of a test in the last 2 weeks?

Do you, your child, or others accompanying you to today’s appointment or other recent acquaintances have:
• A fever (defined as above 99.6 degrees)?
• A cough?
• Shortness of breath and/or trouble breathing?
• Persistent pain, pressure, or tightness in the chest?
Please understand that if the answer to any of these questions is yes, you will be asked to reschedule your orthodontic appointment.
