Covid-19 Procedures
We want to update you with a few procedural changes for your appointment.
We have almost resumed back to normal at our office. We simply still ask that you please wear masks in our office, and if you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you are unsure how to define being sick, please see below.
Prior to each appointment, we will be asking the following questions to reduce the chance of transmission of COVID-19.
- Have you, your child, or others accompanying you to today’s appointment or other recent acquaintances tested positive for or been diagnosed as having COVID-19 or is awaiting results of a test in the last 2 weeks?

Do you, your child, or others accompanying you to today’s appointment or other recent acquaintances have:
• A fever (defined as above 99.6 degrees)?
• A cough?
• Shortness of breath and/or trouble breathing?
• Persistent pain, pressure, or tightness in the chest?
